Emanuel Steward contributes to Errol's biography
Emanuel Steward gave an interview for the forthcoming biography of boxer Errol Christie today - recalling how Errol sparred with Tommy "Hit Man" Hearns at the legendary Kronk gym. He described Errol as a glittering star and regretted his decision to return to the UK. Steward thinks Errol should have stayed in the US to train. But of course, things went in a very different direction ending in the Kaylor defeat.

Errol Christie biography out in March, 2010
It's already available for pre-order on the Amazon and Waterstone's website - and we can confirm that Errol Christie's biography "No Place To Hide" will be out towards the end of March 2010. The intro is written by Steve Bunce. There is a whole load of material on Errol's early professional years and his time at the legendary Kronk. Plenty of 1980s boxing gossip and some stories that have never been put in print before. The front cover has Errol after the Bonnetaz fight in 1984.
